Ben Jensen Biography

Ben was born in the Danish port town of Skive. Ben is a self – taught, full time professional artist, and he has been painting for thirty years. His medium is oil, and his work covers a wide spectrum of subjects, including street scenes, historic buildings and vistas of the northern wilderness. He has always had a special affinity for the sea and ships. His affinity is reflected in his ever popular marine scenes.

His works are found in the City of Toronto Archives, in municipal collections, as well as in private and corporate collections worldwide. He has exhibited in many one man shows as well as group shows.
